4th of July Picnic

In Pittsford NY .. no fireworks but we found a nice park (that was empty) ... E threw sticks in the creek, we tossed the ball, laid in the grass, had some cupcakes, and generally enjoyed the sun and scenery.

Phuket, Thailand April 2010

After lots of drama returning back to Dhaka:

• electrical fire left us homeless and wandering from place to place for 3 nights
  
• also without a generator for over a week with power cuts every couple hours
  
• unfinished classrooms made the beginning of the year difficult and homeless at school
• van breaking down
• mysterious fevers E, Sean, and Mom had us at what they call emergency care
• numerous other bits and pieces
  

things are finally settling down and we have consistent power ... so let's catch up on the last few months of unfinished posts!

Here we are a week or so after Sean was born and we went to the beach ... actually the Marriott Beach Club in Phuket, Thailand ...... very swank and required..

Back in Dhaka

We all survived the long trip back to Dhaka. Elizabeth and Sean were good little travelers. After almost 24 hours of flying we all crashed!
